1. Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect the information you provide, including your full name, email address, profile photo, bio, and farming location. Your password is used only for authentication and is never stored on our servers.

User Content

We store the content you create while using UgnAI, including posts, comments, chat messages, group discussions, reactions, follows, friends, and saved posts. This content is stored in our cloud database to provide the social features of the app.

Media Files

Photos, videos, documents, and voice messages you upload are stored in our cloud storage so they can be shared with your audience, friends, and group members.

Location Information

Your exact GPS location is collected only when you choose to share your location in a chat. We never collect your GPS location in the background. The farming location in your profile is text you enter yourself, not GPS-derived.

Device Permissions

With your permission, the app may access your camera, microphone, location, and notifications to provide features such as taking photos, recording voice messages, making calls, sharing location, and receiving alerts. You can revoke these permissions at any time through your device settings.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account and authenticate you when you sign in
• To power the app's social features: posts, comments, messaging, groups, calls, and notifications
• To moderate content and maintain the safety and integrity of the community, including handling reports
• To respond to your inquiries and support requests
• To send you notifications you have opted into

We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we do not use advertising trackers.

3. Third-Party Services

UgnAI relies on trusted service providers to operate. These providers process data only as needed to provide their services:

• Google Firebase (Firebase Auth, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Storage, Cloud Functions, Cloud Messaging) — hosts your account credentials, data, media, and pushes notifications. Data may be processed in Google's cloud infrastructure. See Google's Privacy Policy.
• Google Sign-In — lets you sign in with your Google account. Google shares only the profile information you authorize.
• Agora RTC — carries live voice and video call streams. Agora processes call media in real time to connect participants. See Agora's Privacy Policy. Call audio and video are never recorded.
• Unsplash — provides preset profile photos you may choose from.

4. Data Retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. If you delete your account, your personal data is permanently removed as described on our Account Deletion page.

5. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures, including encrypted data storage and secure transmission, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Account Deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data at any time, either directly in the app or by following the instructions on our Account Deletion page. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

7. Children's Privacy

UgnAI is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use of UgnAI after changes means you accept the updated policy.
