Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation Standards
UgnAI is a social network that connects farmers, friends, and communities through posts, messaging, calls, and groups. Because the app allows users to share content and communicate with one another, we publish these standards to make clear our policy against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE).
Zero tolerance. UgnAI has a zero-tolerance policy for any form of child sexual abuse or exploitation. We take proactive and reactive measures to prevent, detect, remove, and report such material.
1. Our Commitment
UgnAI is intended for users who are at least 13 years old. We do not knowingly permit children under 13 to use the app. Any account found to belong to a child under 13 will be removed.
We are committed to keeping UgnAI free of child sexual abuse material (CSAM) and any behavior that exploits or endangers minors, including grooming, sextortion, and solicitation of sexual content from minors. We comply with all applicable laws, including U.S. federal requirements to report apparent child sexual abuse material to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).
2. What We Prohibit
UgnAI prohibits, in any form and in any part of the app, including posts, comments, messages, calls, groups, and profile information:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including content that depicts or sexually exploits a minor
- Sexualized images, videos, or drawings of minors, or any link to such content
- Grooming behavior, such as building trust with a minor for sexual purposes
- Sextortion, blackmailing, or threatening to share a minor's intimate images
- Soliciting, requesting, or offering sexual content, favors, or services involving a minor
- Encouraging, facilitating, or advertising any of the above
We do not permit adults to interact with users we reasonably believe are minors in ways that are sexual, predatory, or otherwise prohibited by these standards.
3. How We Detect and Respond
We take a layered approach to keeping the app safe:
- Automated detection: We use moderation tools and review processes to identify prohibited content and behavior.
- User reports: Every post, comment, message, call, and profile can be reported by any user. Reports are reviewed by our administrators.
- Review and action: When content or behavior violates these standards, we act promptly, which may include removing the content, warning or suspending the account, permanently banning the offender, and cooperating with authorities.
Apparent child sexual abuse material is removed and reported to the appropriate authorities, including NCMEC, in accordance with the law.
4. How to Report
If you see content or behavior in the app that you believe involves a child being harmed, or any form of sexual abuse or exploitation, please report it immediately:
- In the app: Use the Report option available on user profiles and posts. You can also block any user who makes you uncomfortable.
- By email: Send the details to grassxpertdev@gmail.com with as much information as possible, including the username, what you observed, and any screenshots.
- To authorities: In cases of immediate danger, contact your local law enforcement and, if in the U.S., the NCMEC CyberTipline at report.cybertip.org or 1-800-THE-LOST.
We treat all CSAE reports with the highest priority and keep reporters' identities confidential to the extent permitted by law.
5. Cooperation with Law Enforcement and NCMEC
We cooperate fully with NCMEC, law enforcement agencies, and other authorities investigating child sexual abuse and exploitation. This includes reporting apparent CSAM as required by law, preserving relevant records, and providing information to authorities in connection with lawful investigations. We may retain limited information as needed to fulfill these legal obligations.
6. Blocking and Safety Tools
UgnAI provides safety tools to help you control your experience:
- Block users: Blocking a user prevents them from seeing your activities or contacting you.
- Friend controls: Certain features, such as direct messaging and calls, are limited to your friends, reducing unwanted contact.
- Report anywhere: Reporting is available throughout the app so you can flag concerns from any screen.
