Account Deletion
You can delete your UgnAI account and all of your data at any time, directly from the app. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Please read the information below before proceeding.
Tip: If you think you might want to come back, consider that deletion cannot be reversed. There is no way to recover your account, posts, messages, or media after deletion.
What Gets Deleted
When you delete your account, the following are permanently removed:
- Your profile information (name, email, bio, farming location, profile photo)
- Your posts, and the photos/videos attached to them, and comments on your posts
- Your chat messages and their attachments (photos, videos, documents, voice messages)
- Your notifications and call history
- Your group memberships
- Your login credentials (email/password or Google sign-in link)
What May Remain
For technical reasons, a few traces may remain after deletion:
- Your name may still appear in chat messages that other people received
- Your reactions or comments on other users' posts may remain visible
- Other users' friends/followers lists may still contain a reference to your account
These references contain no way to recover your account or access your data.
How to Delete Your Account
- Open the UgnAI app on your phone.
- Go to your Profile tab.
- Tap Settings (the gear icon).
- Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
- Confirm the deletion in the dialog. For email accounts, enter your password; for Google accounts, re-authenticate with Google.
- Once confirmed, your account and data will be permanently deleted.
Deletion is processed immediately and cannot be cancelled.
